Forgot the last few workouts....hit lower....DL 405x1 and just missed 415. GM I got 245x1

DID upper hit some chest, got 3 sets of 10 on dips...

Did squats today 315x1 BUT hit 275x5!!!! ASPR....there were three workouts here wed thur and sund. I did a lot of work but forgot most by now LOL.
