Box Sq (5 reps a set) 135x5 185x5 225x5 245x5 275x5 295x4PR 305x3PR 315x2
Highlights: Hit some ALL TIME PR on Box Sq. Never hit that weight and reps EVER!!!!!!!!!! All Sq good form and controlled as well.
Lowlights: Sprained left ankle over a week ago cutting lawn, sore as hell right now ( I think from the sumo DL). ALso a bit of gout comingon.
