Lower Body(5 days off)

Highlights: Hit 2 new Dl personal bests for me now. Also hit 255x5 that was a new one as well. All squats were deep and at a good pace. This is important as it will equate to greater speed for singles.
Lowlights: really wanted to hit 4-6 sets of lunges but they freaking hurt my knees and left ankle.....so I am forever swearing them off...same for leg ext. F them!
