Free weight hacks supersetted with sissy squats

Hamstrings and glutes
Leg curls supersetted with weighted kickbacks

Abductors supersetted with adductors

Calves
Standing calf raises with smith machine...just plates
Sets.....200x12,250x12,300x10,300x10
*****Good workout today...am splitting leg workouts up. Doing quads on a separate day now that I am closer to competition, and working out with more frequency.
