Been doing my workouts but been keeping logs on paper. My dag gone lungs have been a mess. To top it all off I've been having some kind of allergic reaction that causes my eyes and airway to swell shut and covers my body with itching hives. Myself nor the doctor can figure it out. Next appointment is Thurs. I've got to get right it's zapping all my energy and motivation. Can't sleep when you scratchin' all night like some flea bitten dog. Not looking for sympathy, however if there's anyone out there that smokes. QUIT YESTERDAY.
