Made thru yesterday
Thanks you 2 for the support Got up yesterday and made it to the gym by 12:30, had a good all over body workout. Went straight from one machine to another, trying for that fat burn. It seemed to work I was huffy and puffing before it was over. Started out with a 10 min cardio on the treadmill, couldn't quite catch the wagon yesterday. After the treadmill I went to the machines then back to the treadmill for 30 more mins. Started walking on 2 and every 5 mins I upped it till I got to a pace of four then back down every five mins after that till I was in cool down. Anyway the workout and the cardio went well except I was real tired at work last night. Going to start it all over in about 30 mins and hit the gym again but just to do Cardio. Going to do the total body workout every other day for two weeks before I target body parts.
Not going to get on the scale till next tuesday, we will see what I need to change by then.
I will admit, I wasn't up and going through the fridge trying to snack after I went to bed. Slept through the night, that was a real good thing. One of the problems I was having was sleep walking to the fridge at night. A habit I want to break. Just stopping that I may drop a couple of pounds. 1525 Calorie intake yesterday.
One other thing I hate my gym, People are not friendly here like back in St. Louis where I hate friends to do cardio with and talk to to get me through it. Ron and my schedule do not match in hours, but I wuill start going with him on the weekends.
