Making some progress
So i tried the treadmill again. I lowered the speed on it and just walked for 15 minutes instead of doing the program already set on the treadmill. My chin splints didn't hurt as bad so i'm thinking that maybe i should just start out a bit slower then i was lol I have also started doing the prgram on the WII fit and got a Zumba game....which kicks my behind lol But i'm feeling better. haven't lost anything yet, but i'm doing something and thats more then i wasa before!!!
