March 31, 2008......Long time no see!!

Well, I've let myself go and after sending in my stats for the WSSC (or whatever the acronym is) I'm in total shock and ready to get my body back. I've even developed a muffin top- OMG!! I know how to do this, it's just staying the course. I'm going to record my workouts regularily here and track my diet for the next little while as well. I'd like to drop about 20lbs, so I've got a good challenge ahead of me!

Based on the workout program here is what I am commiting to:

Mon: Swim, Pilates
Tues: Wts (following NROL4W)
Wed: Swim, Yoga
Thurs: Wts- NROL4W)
Friday: HIIT
Sat or Sunday: wts. (NROL4W)

If I miss a scheduled workout due to work or other crap, I'll make it up in the evening...no more excuses!!

I'll follow Amy's diet suggestions as well.

Here's to ridding myself of the muffin top!!
