Massage today...does that count as a workout :0
Had my monthly massage this morning. first time in a long time that it didn't kill me. Just my IT bands were tender...guess I gotta work on stretching those out. I'm typically pretty tender in the lower back as well...but not anymore..woohoo!!
Decided to make today a real rest day. I've been working out like a crazy woman again and a day of rest won't kill me. I'll be back at the gym and swimming again tomorrow.
Still really please with this diet. The greek burgers were awesome (I already LOVE feta and black olives,so these were right up my ally) Only problem was I used alot of garlic. Not a great food choice when you have to swim later...I'm sure my lane mates much appreciated it...NOT!
It's very weird, since my weight has been stable for sooo long, but it seems to be falling off me at the moment. I guess this type of diet is what I needed...more food...go figure...never heard that before lol
Todays diet:
meal 1: super shake (V protien, mixed fruit, yogurt)
meal 2: cc + grapefruit
meal 3: salmon, quinoa, veggies (shouldn't be having the quinoa because I didn't workout...calling a 10% meal)
meal 4: PN protien bar
meal 5: might go out for dinner (likely salad/meat combo) or will just have a leftover greek burger and veggies
meal 6: may try the cottage cheese PB thing...maybe....
