So once again I set out to lose weight. I have lost and regained a lot more often then I care to admit. I regulary workout at my gym and eat well only to lose the spark of motivation and plumet right back to where I had started or in some instances worse off then I was. So hear I am making that ever reocurring pledge that this year is the year I will trim down and regain my confindence and phyique. Will I succeed? In sure hope I will. With the excercise plans on this site and going back on the biggest loser diet I believe I'm in with a good chance. Tomorrow is a new day. I can start a fresh and conquor this blasted weight and go on a journey to a new and more satisfying existance.
