Last workout for this cycle (need to choose new ME exercise for chest)
Barbell press-barx12 95x5 115x3 135x2 145x1 155x1 165x1
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x8 495x7 545x4 (10 sec hold for grip work)ASPR!!!!!!!!!

DB incline presses(used a steep incline more shoulder than chest). 55x6 65x6 70x5ASPR
Dips 4 sets last one 4 reps with just me!!!!
CGB 135x6 155x6
Highlights: going over 500 for shrugs was huge!!!!!!

Lowlights: wanted more on the barbell presses.
