Tue night ME Lower-
warm up squats barx10 95x10
Box sq- 135x10 185x5 205x3 225x2 245x1 275x1 295x1 305x1 315x1 335x1(all time best)
DL 225x3 275x2 315x1 365x1 385x1 405x1 425x1
Tried 435 twice missed both got the bar to top of knee, then lost my arch and upper back rounded so I dropped it.

SLDL 225x3 275x3 295x3 305x3
Good mornings 135x5 185x3 205x1 225x1 245x1
Squats (deep, slow count down and up)-135x8 185x5 205x5 225x5 245x5

Highlights: I got in and got this DONE in 1.5 hrs that includes all warm up and resting a bit longer each set as the workout got on. Hitting 335x1 on box sq was so cool. Also I am about 3-6 weeks from hitting 440 or maybe 450 soon on DL my best all time was 475 at a body weight of 320. I now and about 40 lbs off that 475 and I weigh 250.

Lowlights: Today my 38 yr old body was whimpering like a school girl.
