Workout 1 ME Lower Done Monday
Good Mornings-wrmup-barx12 115x10 135x3 185x1 225x1 245x1 275x1 295x1 315x1(most in over 2 years).
Deadlifts 135x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 ( here is where it gets interesting, as the bar just exploded off the floor) 365x1 405x1 425x1 455x1!!!!!!!!
Front Sq 135x10x3
Pull thrus 100x10 130x10 160x10
leg ext 6 sets 130x10 145x10 160x10 175x10 180x10 195x10
All in all this ranks in my top ten best workouts ever I did it all in a hour and 15 minutes. that 455 went up easy till mid thigh then slowed down, almost hitched it but I GOT THAT MOFO!
Tomorrow is DE Upper will let you know how that goes
