ME UPPER
Seated machine sh press- 100x10 120x5 150x5 160x3 170x3 180x3 190x3 PR!!!! No more weight on the machine anyway.
lateral raise ss with front and rear raises 20x10 25x10 then stopped and did just rear 35x10 40x10 50 x 4 Good feeling here.
Face pull 70x10 100x10 120x10
Shrugs warm up 135x15 225x10
315x10 405x10 495x10 585x8 605x8
Strip sets 495x12 405x15 315x15 225x25 135x35
Wow what a workout. elbow is fine, and I think that it will be 100% soon. Felt down all day and this workout took care of my depression. My traps are growing and look higher, fuller and longer.
