Mean shoulder day

I decided to go nuts once again today for my shoulder pressing movement day; but sticking with that lil' bit o' variety, just to keep things interesting...... and boy did it work!

-Hammer Strength Behind the neck military press:
90 x 8
180 x 8
270 x 8
And got the 8 plates! (with some help on lift off only)
360 x 2

-Smith military presses:
320 x 6 positives
340 x 6 positives
360 x 4!! positives
270 x 3 full
180 x 6 full

I moved to do Arnold presses, but by this time, my shoulders were too weak to hoist the DBs to starting position (or move any decent poundages, for that matter) but I got some good reps in:
60 x 8
50 x 8

Military Press - Machine
200 x 12 wide grip
250 x 12 narrow grip
150 x 12 wide
200 x 12 narrow

All things considered, I still went up in my lifts, minus the Arnolds, but that was going to be obvious...LOL!
