Meltdown

Last night I had some time so I did 6:30 of Turkish Get Ups with the 24kg bell. Three on each side...

Today:

Start: 7:03am
Finish: 8:11am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 7:30

Pull Ups: 7/6/5/6/4 (was supposed to do 7 on last set)

Kettlebell 300 Meltdown:

25 V-Ups
50 Snatches (25 L/R)
25 Pushups
50 TH Swings
50 Burpees (these were actually squat thrusters)
50 C&P (25 L/R)
50 Mountain Climbers

Good times. Did this with a 16kg bell. Took 29:21. Too long.

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: That was tough. Pullups were challenging today. Twenty straight seems like a pipe dream at this point.

Meltdown was a nice change, but too long.
