Mid week

Good day today, and I think alot of it can be attributed to my meal #2. I went to a buffet at a hotel/casino and had the following: salad, 2 large chicken fajitas, 2 large beef fajitas, a nice slice of pepperoni pizza, and a serving of bread pudding with frozen yogurt on top, plus a large glass of OJ. If I didn't have an appt to get to, I probably would have kept eating!

    So the buffet people love you huh? Would you mind spelling out your ab workout as far as weight and reps.?? I read that you follow the FT routines but I am always curious about resistance amounts.
