Midweek day of rest

Am taking more days of rest for gaining now that my plans for this competition have been put aside. Plan to do a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off week now. Train brutally hard the 4 days I do train, will hit all bodyparts, and plenty more rest and recouperation time(and eating time!)
