Missed enteries

Completed week 3 with little difficulty. Able to keep good form through all the excerises. Am playing with the weight and adjusting to increases in curls, bench presses, deadlifts etc.
Have started week 4 and with the weight increases able to go to failure. Doing standing lat raises and front raises, I have needed to decrease weight, due to the stress on the wrist. Other than that things seem to be going good so far.
