MISSED FRIDAY SO SAT MORNING ROCKED!

Even with the new Tat I must have gotten some extra mojo.

woke up 7am went to gym empty stomach but had 16 oz ribeye last night, and it went great

Squats: 10x185,8x225,6x275,4x315,2x405(PR),425x1(PR)...failed on second up left it on spotters rested 20 secs...got back under it and pushed it back up
Leg Press:14x240,11x300,10x360,8x400
ab machine 15x125,12x185
Deadlift:10x185,8x225,6x275,3x325(PR)
Calf raises on leg press: 12x240, 10x270, 8x330, 6x380
