yesterday was so busy that i didn't get a chance to log in. i also didn't get to do strength training, but i did mow a 2 acre yard with a push mower while my husband edged the property and planted flower beds. i think that maybe i made up for the no workout. HA! i feel so bad that i missed a day.... so i am DETERMINED to get it in today.... doing cardio and strength. had a dr. appointment today and got on the scales for the first time in 2 months and SURPRISE i have lost 36 pounds!!!!! i am on my way to a new me..... just gotta keep the motivated spirit going....
