well....I was getting buried here in the logs so I figured I better do something.I was chit chatting between sets...so I wasn't to serious here...but I broke a nice sweat.

Cardio....20 minutes treadmill

3 sets SS crunch,leg lift,oblique crunch 30 reps

squat 4 sets 12reps 35lbs
SLDL 4 sets 12reps 45lbs
Leg ext 3 sets 12reps 45lbs
leg curl 3sets 12 reps 30lbs...left leg was hurtin' in the knee...so dropped weight to 15lbs on left leg.

Food..... much improved....I'm over the club sandwhich craving...pheeeewwww...
