Another mighty chiropractor appointment yesterday.
I've reached a plateau with the repair of this injury. The doc brought in a second set of eyes to help evaluate and they determined doc number one is on the right path with the correction. But, they also determined t-spine mobility seemed to be an issue as well. Bretzel, here I come.
They also felt there was a bit of kyphosis. So, more scapular work along with chins and rows I suppose.
Bring it.
