Finish: 7:57

Warm Up: 11:00 - KB and shoulder stuff

TGU: 3/side 5:40 minutes with the 16kg

Swings: 12:00 with a 30 to 40 second-ish second rest - total 215

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: I did five pullups with hardly an issue. There was a slight twinge in the left shoulder, but nothing like it was a couple of weeks ago. I will stick with the above for a while now. Everything felt pretty good.
