Finish: 7:59

Warm Up: 10:00 - KB and shoulder stuff

Practice: Cleans and Presses individually - sets of five for about ten minutes

Swings: 12:00 - reps of 10 - 15 to 30 sec rest - 180

Roller & Stretch: 12:30

Thoughts: Shoulder feels great - still a bit of a pinch with pullups - but nothing like two weeks ago. PM for a while then back to the RoP.
