Start: 7:14am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Windmill: 2x5/side

Pull Ups: 4/3/3/4/5 with 120 second rests

Manmakers: 12:00 20kg - 45-30 seconds of work - 3-45 seconds of rest. 12:00 minutes total.

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: The 20kg sure feels WAY lighter after swinging the 32kg!
