Modified Program Minimum

Start: 7:07am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 6:00 included bw squats and arm circles

Pull Ups: 7/6/5/4/(6)

Practice: 9:30 of cleans, presses and snatches with the 16kg bell.

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 24kg bell. 30-50 second rests

Roller & Stretch: 13:30

Thoughts: My cleans need to be a little smoother. Gotta focus more on pulling down on the press.

I focused on the breathing and actively pushing the bell down on swings.

Kinda pleased with the pullups. Was hoping for seven on the last set. Guess we'll see what next week brings.
