Modified Program Minimum

Start: 7:05am
Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 8:30

Pull Ups Test: 10. I will start week four tomorrow

Practice: 9:30 of cleans, presses and snatches with the 12kg bell.

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell. 30-50 second rests.

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: I need to remember to pull down on the press. Cleans seem to be okay, but not consistent.

I did sets of 15 with the swings and really tried to focus on tension and pushing the bell down.

Not too bad today.

One other note; I need to work on hamstring flexibility.
