Start: 7:07am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:30

Practice: Pistols/Quad Hop - 5:30

TGU: 4:30 12kg

Manmakers: 12:00 16kg :30 work/:30 rest

Roller & Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: Good to be back. Need to work on hamstring flexibility and hip flexors, too.

I will stick with this for some time now.
