Monday 1/21/08...Leg Day & Cardio
Today was a great day. I had a co-worker start up with me two weeks ago...it feels so good helping people out and she is really a trooper and enjoying it. Well she told her mom how much she enjoys the workouts and motivation she has with me that her mother joined this last Sunday and started her first workout with us today! I was so stoked.
