Monday was pretty good, I was out and about, so I packed food in a cooler bag.
5:30am 1 1/2 scoops nectar
yoga, stretching
8am 1 egg, 3 whites 1/2c reg oats (one big pancake) sugar-free syrup
chiropractor///made me really tired for some reason
10:45 1 scoop isopure, 1 scoop nectar, medium orange, 1/4c walnuts
12:30 salald greens, smoked salmon, sprinkle of hard cheese, drizzle ceasar dressing, 1/2c rice w/soy sauce
3:00 1/4c almonds, part of a shake (isopure), my daughter drank my shake!
6:30 Frittata:
1 egg, 4 whites
leftover cubed potato (1/3c)
leftover broccoli, mushrooms
smoked salmon
topped with mushroom spaghetti sauce (1/3c)
sprinlke romano cheese
didn't have snack.
