Today's workout:

elliptical, general warm-up 4 minutes
warm-up exercises:
walking lunge with twist 10 per side
lateral lunge w/ toe touch 12/side
ball bridge - 2 10-second holds
russian twist 10/side
T-push-up 4 per side

Exercises

Squat 45X15, 45X15

superset:
static lunges bodyweightX15, bdywtX15
bent-over db rows 10'sX15, 10'sX15

superset:
push up (toes/knees) 8/7, 6/9 better than last week!
swiss ball crunch - 20, 20

stretched

We also walked to the library and back with a large bag full of books today, so a little extra exercise :)

Food for today - low-carb day

1 scoop syntrax whey in water

7:30
hi-energy oatmeal (15g carbs/14g protein)
1 egg, 2 whites

10:15
medfast women's health shake
1 scoop isopure
2 fish caps

12:30
napa cabbage, garlic, sesame and hot chili oil (a few drops)
2 less-fat pork and vegetbale patties
multi-vitamin

3:45
1 egg, 3 whites
leftover potroast (2 oz), onion and curry sauce
1/2 a baked potato

6:15
broiled swordfish steak, lemon juice
sauteed broccoli, garlic&olive oil
1/4c rice, soy sauce (a few drops)
a few slices raw carrot

really full (it was a lot of broccoli), I might not have snack tonight.

Things I did right today:

1) Worked out, kept myself from upping the weights

2) Walked to the library! Instead of driving half a mile or so...

3) Followed through on signing my daughter up for fencing and soccer classes.
