Did an aerobics video this morning, about 45 minutes

Chest and calves today

Warmed up 5 minutes on elliptical, one set of push-ups

DB Incline Press 30'sX12, 35"sX10, 40'sX8
Smith Incline, don't like the locked in motion, 70X12, 80X10, 85X8 almost didn't make it last rep.
flat bench flyes 15'sX12, 20'sX10, 25'sX8
smith machine calf raise 50X12, 70X10, 80X8
seated calf raise 35X12, 40X10, 45X8
stretched...

I will be doing 30 minutes on the recumbent or elliptical tonight after digesting supper.

Food today:
6:30am
1 scoop syntrax whey in water,
coffee, splenda

(cardio)

9am
1/4c steel cut oats, cinnamon
1 tbsp sugarfree blueberry topping
1 egg, 3 whites

11:45
medium baked potato, smart balance light, spoonful lite sour cream
chicken breast
1c raw broccoli/sugar snap peas/carrot chips
Walden Farms dip

(1:15 workout)

PWO shake - 2 scoops isopure, 30g mixed maltodextrin/dextrose (making up for missed carbs/protein earlier, need to work on my eating schedule)

5:00
Dinner will be:
roasted sweet and white potatoes
chicken breast w/lemon& lemon pepper
green beans

6:30 cardio

Before bed:
sugarfree pudding
1 scoop isopure
tbsp Udo's oil
tsp benefiber
