Am cardio - Fat burning workout w/Kathy Smith

Workout - Chest & Calves
warmed up 5 minutes eliptical, 2 sets of push-ups.

DB Incline presses 30X12, 35X12, 40X12! Where did that come from :)
BB Incline presses 75X12, 85X10, 95X8
Flat DB flyes 15'sX12, 20'sX10, 25'sX10 Nice
Smith standing calf raises 60X12, 70X12, 90X10
Seated Calf raises 40X12, 45X10, 50X10

PM Cardio - Functionally fit peak fat-burning w/Kathy Smith(interval aerobics)

Monday's meals:
6:40
1 scoop isopure in crystal lite

(cardio)

10:00
1 egg, 3 whites
1/4c black beans, 2 Tbsp salsa
coconut oil for cooking
1 slice brown rice bread w/smart balance

(workout)

3:00 PWO shake:
1 1/2 scoops isopure
&gt;30g mixed carbs
crystal lite

4:45 (early dinner)

Morrocan Tagine (made at home)
Butternut squash, sweet potato, onion, spices
chicken breast
1/2c rice

(cardio)

bedtime snack - Sf pudding, 1 scoop Isopure, 2 tsp Udo's oil.

Things I did right on Monday:
1)Made the Tagine - soooo tasty.
2)Got some new dvd's from the library for workouts.
3)Did cardio twice...still alittle tired, but I didn't want Sunday to carry over.
