Yesterday during my workout I felt really weak. Weights that were light to me last week felt very heavy and my energy seemd to go pretty quickly, I still finished my workout but used lower weights. I hope it is due just to my diet. This time change has messed me up and I've been waking up late so only having cereal for breakfast. Hopefully tonight is better.
5:30 am: raisin bran 2 1200mg fish oil
10 am: 2 scoops whey protein, 3/4 cups oats
11:45 am: Tilapia, 3/4 cup rice, corn, 2 1200mg fish oil
1:30 pm: 1/4 cup almonds
4 pm: Spicy Tuna Pattie
5 pm: Protein bar 290 cal, 9 g fat, 31 g protein, 23 g carbs
6 pm: workout
7:15 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
8 pm: About 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup rice, spinach with light Italian dressing

Incline Flys: 30x12, 30x10, 30x8
Bentover Rows: 70x15, 90x12, 100x7
