warm-up elliptical 3:45 minutes, light pull-ups
Pull-ups -140X12, -140x12, -140X12 :)
closegrip pulldown 95x12, 100X10, 110X9
wide cable row 95X12, 105X10, 110X8
seated leg curl onelegged 70X12, 75X10, both legs 140X8
SLDL limited ROM (first two sets, last two I did full range :) naughty girl) 115X12, 125X12, 135X10, 145X8 :)
PM cardio: DOG PARK!!!!
Food today:
somehow I am going to end up short a meal again...

1/2c oats butter buds, brown sugar twin
2 scoops whey, tbsp oil, coffee
10:40
5 oz chicken
1/2c brown rice
1/4c salsa
1:30 - 2:00
PWO shake
5:00
hoisin BBQ chicken breast, 5 oz
6 oz baked yukon gold potato
asparagus
at 8 I will have eggs and oil and 1/4c oats, probably like a pancake..out of syrup, maybe sugar-free blueberry topping...
Things I did right today:
1) Enjoyed the weather!!!
2) Worked out....
3) Ate clean!
