Today was just cardio day - I guess I should have been more appreciative of the completely empty gym on Sunday because today I had to walk on the treadmill for a while before I could get on my coveted elliptical trainer?..
I had set a goal of 400 calories burned today. I exceeded that goal - by the time I was done with my cool-down, I had burned 440 calories in under 40 minutes (about 37 I think). I did an interval program on the elliptical for 35 minutes and then cooled down for 2-3 minutes. Oh - that isn?t even counting the time on the treadmill, so I extra-exceeded it, I am sure
