I did the following:
LAteral raises 20x15 20x12 25x10 25x10
Front same as lateral....
UPright rows 45x10 65x10 85x10
Seated presses (Machine) 4 sets woringthe stack to 110x10.
Shrugs worked up to 585x10 then strip sets of 495x12 405x12 315x15 225x25 135x35.
Dips 4 sets of 8 4 6 8
pressowns andrope pull downs
Bi work as well.
All in all good comeback to being off so much lately.
