MOnday - An Awesome Leg Day!

I sure do like leg day - my favorite workout and only one cardio session, doesn't get any better than that, does it?
AM cardio - 30 minutes aerobics DVD (Kathy Smith)
Workout - Leg Day
warm-up: elliptical 6 minutes
Leg ext 90X12, 100X10, 105X8 pushed this today
Leg press 270X12, 360X12, 370X8 wowie
Smith squats 60X12, 70X12, 80X8
Shawn "I hate you, but not as much as I used to" squats 3 sets 15
Ball pass 3 sets of 10
Monday Food:
6:45am
1 scoop isopure
crystal lite
banana
coffee
(cardio)
9:45
4 egg whites, mixed with pico de gallo
mushrooms
wrapped in low-fat flat bread
(workout)
12:30
PWO shake:
Isopure 2 scoops
>30g mixed carbs
BCAA's, glutamine, anti-oxidants
crystal lite (pomegranate/cherry, so good)
3:00
Pizza:
low-fat flat bread (I know, enough already!)
1/4c ragu
1/4c reduced fat mozarella
mushrooms, red onion, suateed in olive oil
2/3 jennie-o lean turkey italian sausage
sprinkle parmesan
SF popsicle, diet coke

Out and about -
Labrada Lean Body Bar - chocolate chip cookie dough, pretty good!

1 scoop ON vanilla casein protein powder
Things I did right on Monday:
1) Got myself and my daughter in for flu shots (3 kids have died in the past month)
2) pushed my legs!
3) hit the Ntrition Store for more Isopure and the addition of some casein, see if it seems to make a difference!
4) After hitting the Nutrition Store, I got into the car and suddenly felt like "I am really going to do this". I am very psyched for November!
