Monday and tuesday

I followed the 4 month challenge exercise on monday and tuesday. it went well. I had a lot of energy tonight, did hiit for cardio 3min warm up/cool down with 5 intervels in between on elliptical. I think for time wise i will 2 hiit twice a week. Yahoo!!!!
