Monday And Tuesday

Monday I felt tired and achey...got in my workout and one cardio session, really achey in the evening - no second cardio.
Monday - back and Hammies
warm-up elliptical 3 minutes, light bo rows
Bentover row, reverse grip 95X12, 105X10, 110X8 (barely)
closegrip pulldowns 90X12, 100X10, 105X9
wide cable row 75X12, 85X12, 95X8
seated leg curl 100X12, 120X10, 120X8
SLDL limited ROM, 95X12, 105X10 115X8
I did 25 minutes interval program on the elliptical after my workout.
Monday food:

1 scoop isopure
crystal lite

1 flatout lite wrap
1egg, 4 whites

Tuesday:
Still dragged out feeling. My workout kind of sucked - my muscles did not want to be there. Stayed light. Sweated more than usual during cardio, wonder if I had a fever,turns out my husband has strep throat (and a fever).
Workout - shoulders
Db overhead presses 30'sX12, 35'sX10, 40'sX6
bb standing overhead presses 60X12, 60X10, 60x8 really sucky
lat raises 3 sets 15'sX12
Db shrugs 3 sets 50X12
pec dec rear delt flyes 50X12, 60X10, 60X8
I did a 30 minute cross country program on the elliptical after my workout.

Things I did right MOnday/Tuesday
1)Stayed relatively ontrack, when feeling really crappy (wanted comfort food, hubby was eating junk, his idea of feeding a cold I guess)
2)Went and did my workouts, even though they sucked.
3)Hard to think of lots of positive things..still really tired, can finally run the dishwasher and do laundry today (wednesday), (our drains were backed up this weekend) so my entire day today will be spent doing laundry and cleaning. Boo hoo for me... this too shall pass.
