Monday and Tuesday

Monday - got up, did 20 minutes eliptical, level 8
Went to chiropractor - lots of good news (my bones are beautiful, thick and healthy, my lungs look really good...) a little bad news - some arthritic changes in my neck..and my lumbar/sacral area is jacked up...oh, and I have a lovely s-curve in my upper back. At least my midback looks great :)
The Chiro says she thinks we can fix most of the issues, get my nerves functioning and transmitting better - which translates to better workout performance and recovery and growth :) She also said to add back in Yoga and pilates for the deep core work and breathing.
Had a good adjustment and went to workout :)
Chest - wamr-up 3 minutes elliptical, 3 sets push-ups (flat, decline, incline)
Db Incline press 40'sx12, 45'sx12, 50'sX8
BB incline press 100X12, 110X10, 115X8
Flat Db flye 25'sx12, 30'sx10, 35'sX9
Standing calves 120X15, 125X15, 130X15
Superset with hanging abs 3 sets 15
Seated calves 75x15, 80X15, 80X15
superset with bicycle crunches 3 sets 15 per side
I did eat clean all day but i didn't do seciond cardio :(
Tuesday
Up and at 'em - off to the gym first thing...
Back
warm-up eliptical 3 minutes, light assisted pull-ups 3 sets
BOR reverse grip 100X12, 115X12, 130X9
Close grip pull-down 110X12, 120X11, 130X8
Wide cable row 100X12, 105X10, 110X10 :)
Seated leg curl 100X12, 120X12, 140X10 :)
SLDL limited ROM 165X12, 175x10, 185X8 :)
Did 10 minutes treadmill, alteranting hills and running (legs got stiff and wooden) switched to elliptical, 13 minutes, alternating sttep incline and recovery at lower incline - SWEATY!
Well, I start a new workout journal tomorrow...that is the second one I have filled so far without really getting side tracked for more than a few days :)
My weight is up a little from vacation, but has dropped a few pounds every day, so I am thinking by Saturday I will be rid of the excess water and back where I should be...
Feeling pretty good today!
