Warm Up: Joint mobility 10:00

Two Hand Swing - :30
Rack/Squat Right - :30
Rack/Squat Left - :30
Snatch Right - :30
Snatch Left - :30
ATW - :15/:15 each way
Two Hand Swing - :60
Bottoms Up Press (two hands) - :30
Two Hand Swing - :30

I did the above three times with a :60 rest between the first and second round and a 2:00 rest between the second and third.

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: Better today than Wednesday. I should have tried four rounds, but I'm thinking it might be better to get the rest to :60 before squeaking out a fourth poor form round.

I had one midway rest during the third round on the :60 swings.
