Start: 715am
Finish: 807am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 10:00

TGU: 5:00 with 16kg bell. Alternating sides each rep

Man Maker: 12:00 with 20kg bell. Active rest was :30 walk.

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: Kind of at a crossroads with workouts right now. Not too sure what it is I want to do. This is good in the interim since I have a bit of an odd week or two coming up.

Overall, today was good. I started with :30/:30 rest to work ratio and wound up doing :30/:20 rest to work ratio.
