Didn’t do Legs and Delts on Saturday (pressure washed the house instead of going to the gym). Didn’t feel guilty then, but feeling guilty today. I’ll make up for it on Wednesday. Solid workout today. A little sore, but getting into a groove. Still watching the form very closely.
