Monday - Back to work :)

Got up, took my thermo and did 24 minutes total elliptical, level 7 /305 calories
Workout today was Chest and ABS
Warm-up 10 minutes elliptical
Push ups - 15 regular, 3 sets of 12 one-ram against the wall (working my way down, lol)
Flat bench 65x15, 95X12, 115X10, 125X8
Incline DB press 30'sx15, 40'sx12, 45'sX10, 50'sX8
decline flyes - I did the 20's for 12, started in on the 25's for the second set and my shoulder just didn't feel right, so I stopped. i think the one-arm push-ups really already worked that action :)
Did crunches on the BOSU (wanna feel your abs screamin? do abs on the BOSU, owie) 3 sets 15
Hanging obliques 3 sets 12/side
PM cardio - rode the bike for 30 minutes (while whitening my teeth, multi-tasking!)
Food was really good today - though i was HUNGRY most of the day, lol.
7:30 am 1 1/2 scoops Lean Dessert protein in water
1/4c steel cut oats, cinnamon, splenda
9:45 5 oz chicken breast, grilled
1 oz soba noodles (21.5g cho)
beet greens, garlic, olive oil, lite soy sauce
pre-workout Fast twitch
1:30ish PWO shake (1 1/2 scoops lean dessert protein)
2:45 homemade spicy chili
5:15 5 oz turkey tenderloin
6 oz roasted potatoes/beets
asparagus
8:30 Salad greens
4 oz turkey tenderloin
Tbsp Newmans oil&vinegar dressing
I hit all the goals I had set for myself today! Very happy!
