Monday - Birthday workout!

I got up(after sleeping in (: ), had my fast twitch and hit the gym.....
I took a different thermogenic today before training and it made me completely spastic, my nervous system was freaking out, my arms and legs were shaking, not good. So, consequently, my weights were down a bit..
Warm-up 3 minutes elliptical, push-ups 15 flat, 15 hands on bench, 15 feet on bench
Incline DB presses (I went up on these because someone was using the ones I wanted...but I was so spastic, it just sucked) 40'sX12, 55'sX8, 55'sX5, 50'sX6
Incline BB press 100x12, 105X10, 110X8
flat DB flye 20'sx12, 25'sX12, 30'sX10
Standing calf raises 3 sets 110X15
Seated calf raise 70x15, 70x12, 70x12 (feet bothering me a little)
Hanging abs - I did 3 sets straightX15 and two sets 12 to a side.
Blah - I hated the shaking and I was swaeting even more than usual...not fun.
Food was, hmmm, not as bad as it could have been on my birthday, lol. I had a small slice of cake Sunday, and a small scoop of ice cream (both came back to haunt me monday morning, not good)(sorry, TMI!)
Spent the rest of my birthday at Valley Fair! Fun!
