Monday, Chest

Went to the gym again. Decided that I'm giving up on my friends who say they want to workout with me. Took a break on the weekend because of work (I'm a swimming instructor) and there were a lot of parties on. However I'm more focused on my goals now.

Today I did cardio on the cross trainer for 20 minutes and I did abs and chest. I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow. After that I did 10 minutes of yoga. I always feel amazing after yoga. Not going to stop anytime soon. I set up a little sanctuary to do yoga in my backyard. ^_^.

    Awww, that would've been so cool! I love swimming! Yeah, I had a few friends who have been really keen but when I ask them they're always like, hmmmm maybe, I'll give you a call... *face palm* I have the flexibility of an old woman so all my yoga exercises are mainly to open my body. I love it!

    More often than not, workout partners are useless. I ended up trying to help motivate and got frustration for the effort. Used to live on a boat and my wife and I swam a lot of long distance. A three or four mile swim was a 4 or 5 day a week pleasure. Love yoga. We have several DVDs and they kill us but we're 60 so everything kills us.:) Welcome here
