saturday i worked shoukders and did cardio.

Monday - chest and calves. didn't bring my journal...

Incline bench.
Incline pushups

incline db presses
incline flyes

decline cable crossovers

standing calf raise
seated calf raise

did 45 min cardio later in the day!
