Monday: Day 1&gt; Week 4

This really is the beginning of week 4, since that's when I started WW again. Had a really good workout today, I think I'm gonna stick with this routine for a few weeks, maybe tweak it a little here and there if I feel like it. Was able to raise the weight and reps in almost all exercises. I felt really good after, didn't run out of energy and wasn't sore at all :)

(2:30pm-4:30pm)

-10 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
followed by total body stretching...
-(SS) Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 15 reps) alternating with Oblique DB Lifts (3 sets; 20lbs; 15 reps)
-10 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
-Squats with DB Front Raises (3 sets; 5lbs per arm; 15 reps)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on LP Machine (3 sets per leg; 150lbs; 12 reps)
-10 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
-Peck Deck (3 sets; 30lbs; 15 reps)
-Stability Ball DB Pull-Overs (3 sets; 15lbs; 15 reps)
-Arnold Presses (3 sets; 10lbs per arm; 14-10 reps)
target muscle stretching after each exercise
30 min. CARDIO total

(5:00pm-5:30pm)
-30 min. fast pace walking with Louie
